The French windows in the hallway, like those in the living room, open onto the terrace, which is furnished with a cupboard, a sofa, a table and chairs for breakfast. The Club House is a facility very close to Mar Menor beach, offering water sports equipment, bicycles, windsurf boards, canoes, beach toys for children, etc., free of charge to guests. The flat is just three minutes from the two seas, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. Nearby there are shopping centres with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the Inmovecos letting agency.
