A cosy flat with a terrace offering beautiful views of the Mar Menor, the islands, the mountains and stunning sunsets. The flat has one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a toilet and a wardrobe. The living-dining room has a large sliding window leading onto a terrace with four chairs, a table and two sun loungers. There is a kitchen overlooking the living-dining room, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Free parking is available within the residential complex, which is secured by an electric gate with a remote control. Nearby you’ll find shopping centres, supermarkets, bars, shops, restaurants and the Inmovecos letting agency.

We offer our guests access to the ‘Club House’, a facility with water sports equipment, canoes, bicycles, beach toys for children, etc. – all free of charge. It is just a short walk from the beach, in the Soling building itself.
The flat is situated in the most beautiful part of La Manga, at Km 4, in a child-friendly neighbourhood close to the beach.
