A one-bedroom flat on the first floor, just 10 metres from the beach and situated in a quiet, child-friendly neighbourhood. From the west-facing terrace, you can enjoy partial views of the Mar Menor, the islands and spectacular sunsets.
The flat has an air-conditioned bedroom with a door leading onto the inner courtyard, a bathroom with a shower, an air-conditioned living-dining room with sliding windows opening onto the terrace, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a door leading onto the same inner courtyard. 
The house is centrally located. Nearby you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars, a bus stop, a medical centre (open 24 hours a day) and the Inmovecos letting agency. There is free Wi-Fi in the flat. The Clubhouse, a facility with sports equipment, canoes, bicycles, beach toys for children, etc., available free of charge to guests, is just a stone’s throw from the beach in the Soling building itself. There is parking within the residential complex, which is secured by an electric gate with a remote control. It is a very cosy flat for a carefree holiday.
