A fully renovated two-bedroom flat with a window overlooking the inner courtyard, a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet, a fully equipped open-plan American-style kitchen, and a living-dining room with large sliding windows opening onto a west-facing terrace offering beautiful views of the Mar Menor, its islands and its fantastic sunsets. The flat has free Wi-Fi. It is situated right on the seafront of the Mar Menor and just 500 metres from the Mediterranean beach. Within the residential complex, which is secured by an electric fence with a remote control, there are parking spaces. Nearby you’ll find shopping centres, supermarkets, bars, shops, restaurants and the Inmovecos letting office. The clubhouse, a facility offering sports equipment and accessories, bicycles, canoes, beach toys for children, etc., all available free of charge to guests, is just a stone’s throw from the beach in the Soling building itself. It is a very cosy flat for a carefree holiday.

RULES.

PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING. ONCE THE 30% DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED (FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY; NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB, BOOKING.COM, VRBO, ETC.), YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED TO THE RULES SET OUT HERE:

- THE KEYS TO THE PROPERTY WILL NOT BE HANDED OVER UNTIL THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE STAY HAS BEEN PAID.

- After your stay, the keys must always be returned to THE OFFICE.

- Check-in is always at 4.00 pm and check-out at 12.00 noon. Exceptions may be made for early check-in or late check-out, subject to prior written agreement. Under no circumstances is this a definitive arrangement, as it is always subject to the property’s availability and any bookings that may be made before or after your stay.

- The bed linen sets are sealed and freshly laundered. If you notice any stains or issues, please let us know immediately so that we can resolve the matter straight away.

- If, during your stay, you notice any damage or issues with the property upon handover, please report this immediately; do not wait until you are leaving the flat to inform us. We aim to provide the best possible experience for our guests and will do everything we can to resolve any problems that may arise during your stay. 

- A booking is only considered confirmed once a 30% deposit has been received. Sending an email to enquire about dates does NOT constitute a booking. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will not be refunded. This condition applies even if the cancellation is due to force majeure.

- Pets are WELCOME at no extra charge! They remain the tenant’s responsibility at all times.

- For the GAWY I and II villas, a security deposit of €1,500 is required. This will be charged via a virtual POS terminal (card) at check-in and will be refunded within 48 hours, following an inspection of the property, provided there is no damage or breakage and there have been no complaints regarding noise or music after midnight. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HOLD PARTIES IN THE VILLA, to smoke or to use smoke machines. The deposit will be retained if there are complaints from neighbours or the authorities, to cover any potential fines. The deposit will also be retained in the event of any damage or breakages occurring during the guest’s stay, until a solution has been found.

- Occupation of the accommodation by more people than specified in the booking will result in immediate eviction without entitlement to a refund of the booking amount.

- You must strictly adhere to the swimming pool opening hours, rubbish collection times and the limit of one car per flat. Any complaints received from the residents’ association will be brought to the tenant’s attention. Depending on the severity of the complaint and the level of dissatisfaction, this may result in immediate eviction from the property, with no entitlement to a refund.

-  Should complaints from neighbours result in a report being filed and a fine issued by the local police, such fines shall be borne by the tenant responsible.

- In housing estates with communal access and no allocated parking spaces, a maximum of one car per flat may be parked.  THE ALISIOS HOUSING ESTATE HAS NO CAR PARK OR GARAGE.

 - Two sets of keys are provided per flat, along with the housing estate remote control (if available) and a set of keys for the CLUBHOUSE. The loss of keys will result in a charge to be borne by the tenant of €5 per set of clubhouse keys, €20 per set of flat keys and €50 for a broken or lost remote control. For keys to the luxury villas, a charge of €150 will be made for lost keys.

- It is strictly FORBIDDEN to dismantle, alter or separate the sets of keys. They must not be separated or mixed up.

 - Only ONE REMOTE CONTROL PER PROPERTY will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Under no circumstances will keys be provided for swimming pools in estates other than the one booked, nor for car parks in other estates.

With this offer, we are pre-booking this property in your name for THREE DAYS. If, after three days, the 30% deposit has not been paid and we have not received a response from you, we will cancel the pre-booking and the flat will become available for other bookings.
