The flat is surrounded by communal gardens with a large lawn, trees, plants, palm trees and flowers. It is situated in a child-friendly neighbourhood, free from cars and traffic. There is free parking around the building. The site is enclosed by two remote-controlled electric gates. Very close by are two shopping centres with shops, bars, restaurants, tennis courts and the Inmovecos letting agency. The clubhouse, a facility with equipment for water sports, bicycles, beach toys for children, canoes etc., available free of charge to guests, is just a stone’s throw from the beach in the neighbouring residential development.
