As well as the large swimming pool, there is also a children’s pool in the garden. The residential complex is very close to shopping centres, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, the Inmovecos letting agency and the Club House – a facility very close to the Mar Menor beach offering water sports equipment, bicycles, windsurf boards, canoes and beach toys for children, all available free of charge to guests. Parking is available within the estate in open spaces, subject to availability (there are no allocated spaces). The estate is secured by an electric gate at the entrance, operated by remote control.
