Spacious duplex with internal staircase, fully renovated. Access to the property is on the first floor; there is no lift. On the main floor are the kitchen, living room and access to the terrace and sun terrace. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath, toilet and washbasin, the other with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The living room has a large window with a door leading out onto a breakfast terrace and a large sun terrace. There is free Wi-Fi in the flat. The estate has a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool.  There are unallocated parking spaces within the gated community grounds for a maximum of two cars per flat. The development is situated near Cala del Pino, a quiet area of La Manga. The road leading down leads to Isla del Ciervo beach, known as ‘Kiteros’ beach, one of the best spots in southern Spain for kitesurfing and windsurfing. The excellent conditions – with shallow, sandy waters – and the presence of bars and beach bars right on the shore create an unrivalled surfing atmosphere. The flat is spacious, light-filled and well-equipped to ensure a pleasant stay.  Tenants are advised that barbecues are not permitted on the terrace, nor is music allowed after midnight.
