A spacious, sunny, fully renovated ground-floor flat with an open-plan American-style kitchen, situated on the Mar Menor beach and facing west. The living room and large terrace offer panoramic views of the islands in the sea and the mountains on the other side of the Mar Menor.

The flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. One of the bathrooms is adjacent to a bedroom. There is a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is very practical and fully equipped with cooking utensils and crockery for six people. The flat has free Wi-Fi. There is free parking within the residential complex, which is secured by two remote-controlled electric gates. Nearby you’ll find shopping centres, supermarkets, bars, shops, restaurants and the Inmovecos letting agency. The clubhouse, a facility offering sports equipment and accessories, bicycles, canoes, beach toys for children, etc., is just a stone’s throw from the beach in the Soling building itself. It is a very cosy flat for a carefree holiday.

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. This deposit will be refunded in full in the event of any COVID related travel restrictions that prevent access to or use of the flat.
